One such company, Tork motors has recently launched their two-wheeler electric bike, that is Kratos-R. At the beginning of the year 2022, certainly, it is a good start of the year for electric vehicles.
Tork Motors has a history of getting funding from Bhavish Aggarwal (Ola CEO) and Ankit Bhati (Ola CTO) as they believe in Tork Motors for providing affordable electric vehicle solutions to the Indian commuters.
Kratos electric bike is available in two variants now, Kratos and Kratos-R. When you look at the specifications of both the bikes. Kratos-R is an upgraded and latest version of Kratos.
If you talk about the latest technology in the EV bike, the Kratos-R EV bike comes with a PMAC motor (9KW Peak), Torus construction, High efficiency (96%), single-stage gear reduction, and the Torque of 38Nm. The engine has high energy density with optimum cooling, weatherproof, Torque Motor’s Battery Management System. The structure of the bike is based on the Trellis frame and it is optimized for riding and handling the bike. The company claims it to be highly durable with optimum CG placements.
The company claims that Kratos-R provides a run of 180 kilometers considering the IDC (India Driving Cycle) range and 120 kilometers in the Real range. The top speed is 105 kmph and reaches 0 to 40 kmph in 3.5 seconds. The motor in the bike provides 9.0 kW of power with 38 NM torque. The bike has a LIION 21700 cell battery with a power of 4 KWH.
If you charge the bike at your home, it will take 4-5 hours. It also provides the option of fast charging. With fast charging, it will take 1.5 km/min to charge.

With the provided specification and price range, Tork Motors has provided a pretty decent
